Maintenance & Mechanical
We understand that it can be difficult for Fleet Managers to stay on top of fleet maintenance, VFS carry out all requirements of fleet maintenance – from oil top ups to full servicing.
Simply log in to our online fleet partner portal and authorise any mechanical work that we have noted from our inspection.
If you are looking to dispose of vehicles end of life, we can provide a full suite of re-marketing images for upload to your chosen disposal route.
Vehicles are valeted and repaired prior to photography to ensure vehicles look their best – resulting in maximum return on your investment.
We offer cost-effective storage for new cars, vans and pool fleet vehicles. All vehicles in storage with us can be viewed online and requested at any time. We are proud to work to a 72 hour turn around on delivery requests out of storage.

Customers use our fleet portal to view vehicles in storage with us and authorise repairs.
Once a vehicle arrives with us, it is inspected to BVRLA standard using our innovative inspection application. From here it is uploaded directly from the application ready for authorisation.
From inside our portal, vehicles can be found using our quick registration search function, customers can authorise damage via our unique ‘shopping list’ and download images.
Once a vehicle is authorised, customer’s are sent a confirmation email with attached receipt and our preparation team are sent their work order. We work to a 5 day turnaround on vehicles.
